This is a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">combined front-of-house, kitchen assistant, and cleaner</span> role supporting our popular summer camps and school group programs from June through October.</p>\n<p>You will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our hotel running smoothly, ensuring our international guests (mainly children and students on camps and school groups) enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-presented environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kitchen Support &amp; Dishwashing</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate commercial dishwashers and hand-wash items as needed</li>\n<li>Keep the kitchen, servery, and food preparation areas clean and tidy</li>\n<li>Assist with basic food prep and plating when required</li>\n<li>Empty bins and maintain kitchen hygiene standards</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Front of House &amp; General Cleaning</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily</li>\n<li>Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all areas to a high standard</li>\n<li>Change bed linen and towels according to schedule</li>\n<li>Clean and maintain public spaces, dining areas, and outdoor entrances</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Hotel Support</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Help set up and reset dining areas for meals</li>\n<li>Assist with laundry (washing, drying, folding)</li>\n<li>Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly</li>\n<li>Support the team during busy meal times and group arrivals/departures</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Ability to work efficiently and stay on your feet for long periods</li>\n<li>Reliability and attention to detail (especially with cleaning standards)</li>\n<li>Comfortable working as part of a small, close-knit team</li>\n<li>Basic English communication skills (Japanese is a big advantage but not essential)</li>\n<li>Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning, or kitchen roles is preferred but <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">not required</span> — we will train the right person</li>\n<li>Must be physically fit and able to lift and move moderate loads</li>\n<li>Available for the full season (June to October) – preference given to those who can commit to the entire period</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive seasonal hourly rate + overtime opportunities</li>\n<li>Live-in accommodation at Alps View Hotel (shared rooms, utilities included)</li>\n<li>All meals provided while on duty</li>\n<li>Opportunity to work in a beautiful mountain location in Hakuba</li>\n<li>Experience working with international summer camps and school groups</li>\n<li>Friendly, supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Potential for future seasons or other roles within Evergreen Outdoor Center</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty, and takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space for our guests.</p>",
