Advocate to create accurate and descriptive technical documents</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with project delivery methods (e.g. traditional design-bid build; design-build; design-assist; IPD; IFOA; etc.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Proactive and independent approach to work and ownership of assigned tasks</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience in maintaining existing client relationships and building new client relationships </span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Effective communication both orally and in writing with confidence and professionalism </span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 12pt;\">You'll bring to DGA: </span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">12+ years of relevant experience as a technical interiors project architect with relevant experience in healthcare specific projects.</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or related field required, </span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Licensed or registered architect preferred</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Exceptional organizational skills</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 12pt;\">Manage the development of the project manual and specifications</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 12pt;\">Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 12pt;\">Process submittals, RFIs, substitution requests, etc. during construction</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 12pt;\">Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">OSHPD/HCAI experience a plus </span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD (mandatory), Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office Excellent prioritization at managing multiple deadlines</span><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ACHA, DBIA, EDAC, LCI, WELL, LEED accreditations a plus</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 28, 31); font-size: 12pt;\">DGA is a people-focused firm.
