This role is ideal for someone who can troubleshoot building operating systems, handle general building maintenance, and take ownership of day-to-day operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><strong>What a Day in This Role Looks Like</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">(</span><em><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Every day is different&mdash;this is  a snapshot of what your work may include.)</span></em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You start your morning by reviewing work orders and prioritizing maintenance needs, then spend your day hands‑on completing repairs, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and responding to tenant requests. You&rsquo;ll work closely with vendors when needed, document completed work, and flag larger repairs needs to management.
