Ada Bible Church is looking for part-time <strong>Facilities Support</strong> team members to help make our campus sparkle. We have openings at our Kentwood and Knapp Street Campuses.</p><p>Our Facilities Support team works to create clean, inviting spaces within our buildings, knowing their efforts make people feel comfortable and welcome when they visit an Ada Bible Church campus. It is a vital opportunity for someone to support the ministries of Ada Bible Church while working behind the scenes to make a big impact. The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, mornings and afternoon as well as Sunday availability is required. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Clean inside buildings including classrooms, restrooms, common areas, offices, and worship spaces&nbsp;</li><li>Be a partner with ministries to create distraction free spaces</li><li>Assist maintaining property outside including landscape maintenance, snow removal, etc. &nbsp;</li><li>Wash windows,&nbsp;wipe surfaces,&nbsp;remove trash, vacuum, clean tables, and perform&nbsp;other tasks</li><li>Set up/tear down from ministry events</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>You might be a good candidate if:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>You have experience cleaning buildings and performing custodial work&nbsp;</li><li>You enjoy being physically active while working&nbsp;</li><li>You are able to walk or stand for the majority of your shift&nbsp;</li><li>You are able to work while bending, kneeling, squatting, or reaching overhead&nbsp;</li><li>You are able to lift up to 50 lbs&nbsp;</li><li>You are available to work a varying schedule which could include weekdays, evenings or weekends&nbsp;</li><li>You are eagerly committed to following Jesus and you have a thriving relationship with him&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ready to apply?</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>If this all sounds good and you want to be considered for the position, we want to learn more about you! &nbsp;</p><p>To apply, click the &lsquo;Apply&rsquo; button to submit your cover letter and resume.&nbsp;</p><p>Membership at Ada Bible Church is not a prerequisite for hire, but applicants should be willing to become members within 90 days of hire and have beliefs consistent with our <a href=\"https://www.adabible.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/WeBelieve2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">statement of faith</a>.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Ada Bible Church</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Ada Bible Church is vibrant and growing non-denominational church serving greater Grand Rapids, Michigan.
