line-height: 115%;\">Learn and apply fundamental industrial maintenance skills to safely install, maintain, and repair production, packaging, and facility equipment.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Perform basic inspections, lubrication tasks, repairs, and safety checks in accordance with established procedures.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Assist experienced maintenance technicians with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical repairs under direct supervision.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Participate in preventative maintenance (PM) activities and develop foundational troubleshooting skills.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Learn to properly identify equipment, components, and systems using drawings, manuals, and work instructions.</span></li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;
