You must be okay with a level of autonomy and taking action without a lot of direction. If you are a good communicator, and are able to handle stressful situations occasionally, this might be a great role for you!<br /><br />As a Urology Nurse, you must maintain the overall health of a patient, while also working well under pressure. You also must be prepared to deal with a significant amount of human discomfort, since urinary issues are often accompanied by pain and embarrassment.
