    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>We are the UK’s largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots </span><span>strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.</span></span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting for a Works Coordinator in support of our Glasgow Depot.  <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Glasgow</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Hours:</span> 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span><span> up to £31 000.00 depending on experience </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will be doing</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team</li>\n<li>Raising of purchase orders through our online portals</li>\n<li>Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars</li>\n<li>Arranging and tracking works permits</li>\n<li>Supporting with risk assessments &amp; method statements,</li>\n<li>Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details</li>\n<li>Logging absence requests<br></li>\n<li>General admin duties around the depot</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">About Lanes:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">At the Lanes Group, we believe firmly in looking after our people and our customers.
