    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role and responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set the brief for assets, masterplans and portfolios, applying our transition framework to identify the most impactful interventions for each project</li>\n<li>Work with design teams through delivery, monitoring design progress against the transition brief and steering outcomes towards resilience and permanence</li>\n<li>Run scenario testing across climate, energy and social transitions, and translate findings into clear recommendations for clients and design teams</li>\n<li>Advise clients on insurance, procurement and planning requirements arising from the transition agenda</li>\n<li>Oversee data collection, analysis and consistent reporting across masterplans and portfolios for multi-asset owners</li>\n<li>Produce fee proposals and lead bid material for new commissions</li>\n<li>Mentor, supervise and develop the wider alpha team and junior specialists</li>\n<li>Represent alpha externally with clients, contractors and industry, and lead business development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Criteria</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A people person, comfortable in front of clients and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>A deep understanding of the financial drivers of a development</li>\n<li>Self-motivation and the ability to lead</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years’ experience delivering multiple developments as a core member of design teams</li>\n<li>A degree (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline</li>\n<li>A qualified architect, chartered engineer or surveyor</li>\n<li>A track record of guiding projects towards resilient outcomes and designing for permanence</li>\n</ul>",
