With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Inspects, repairs and rebuilds mechanical and/or electrical equipment and associated structures.  </li>\n <li>Ensures that industrial and radiation safety requirements are followed.  </li>\n <li>Analyzes equipment breakdowns, determines the proper corrective action, and direct repairs.  </li>\n <li>Plans work schedules to accomplish required work and, when required, assign priorities.  </li>\n <li>Develops, implements and maintains in-service inspection, testing and maintenance programs.  </li>\n <li>Supports and conducts nondestructive examination (NDE) and QC inspections.  </li>\n <li>Researches, interprets and explains inspection results.  </li>\n <li>Maintains documentation to meet customer obligations and ensure proper test methodologies are in place.  </li>\n <li>Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.  </li>\n <li>Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.  </li>\n <li>May require extensive travel to a variety of regional and remote job sites.  </li>\n <li>May/Will require unescorted nuclear site access.  </li>\n <li>Technical certifications to be acquired: NDE Technician:  Must record all experience gained, be LVL II in at least 2 disciplines and LVL III in 1 discipline; Leadership:  Must attend at least one leadership course per year, fill a leadership role and have GEN712.0 Framatome Nuclear Services Oral Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent education</li>\n <li>Minimum of 18 years of related experience and NDE  Advanced Technician requisites* is required.  </li>\n <li>NDE  Advanced Technician requisites met: NDE Technician:  Must record all experience gained, be LVL 2 in at least 2 disciplines and LVL III in 1 discipline; Leadership: should have demonstrated leadership experience or training, filled a leadership role and had GEN712.0 Framatome Nuclear Services Oral Board (for external candidates, successful completion within a defined agreed period of time at hire).</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures and concepts in a particular field.  </li>\n <li>Typically requires specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs, as required for specific roles.   </li>\n <li>Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, convey detailed technical data and work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $61.00 - $80.00 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
