This is a hands-on role with growth potential for dependable, safety-minded team players.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform physical labor related to asphalt and parking lot maintenance</li>\n<li>Use hand tools such as blowers, brooms, and shovels</li>\n<li>Set up traffic control (cones, signs, barricades)</li>\n<li>Prepare surfaces prior to sealing or paving</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction experience preferred, not required</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n<li>Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed</li>\n<li>Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety and quality work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$25–$33 per hour (based on experience)</li>\n<li>401(k) with 3% company match</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Paid holidays and vacation</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Applicants must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Empire Parking Lot Services is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
