This position requires organization and communications skills, the ability to connect and evaluate situations quickly, and knowledge of our local providers. As the Case Manager, you are the link and liaison for your client. <strong>There is one part-time position available working Saturday and Sunday, 7:00PM to 7:00AM.</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide outpatient case management services to the seriously mentally ill population.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide direct services to severely mentally ill clients to address needs which are unmet as well as information about continuum of care;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide training on money management as it relates to meeting needs of the client to obtain and maintain psychiatric stability residential setting;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Provide follow-up progress as per need of client to treatment team members.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span medication compliance, maintain awareness of common side effects, and ensure client is taking medication as directed on a regular basis.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span management utilization electronic charting.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Monitor the care and services clients receive in residential setting.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Develop a positive working relationship with Residential Care manager/owner to meet needs of clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Develop and
