Description

The Opportunity The Kennedy Collective is seeking an experienced Government Contracts - HUD Project Manager to serve as the on-site operational leader for our federal AbilityOne contract supporting the HUD Financial Operations Center (FOC). This role is responsible for day-to-day staff supervision, workflow execution, quality control, and contract compliance for high-volume administrative and financial services. As Government Contracts - HUD Project Manager , you’ll be the primary on-site point of contact with HUD leadership, ensuring work is delivered accurately, securely, and in full alignment with federal requirements and contract expectations. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, guide and manager an on-site team of approximately eight emerging professionals. Lead daily on-site operations supporting Title I claims, premiums, and mail processing Translate contract requirements, SOPs, and HUD guidance into clear daily work plans Monitor workloads, staffing coverage, backlogs, and performance risks Serve as the primary liaison to the HUD Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Ensure compliance with HUD security, privacy, and records management standards Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support audits and reviews Address operational issues in real time and implement corrective actions as needed Identify process improvements to strengthen performance and contract stability
