          "text": "<p>RESPEC is seeking an experienced Project Lead 3 to support a local SLED client in Austin, Texas. This is a senior-level project management role for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in leading complex data, analytics, and cloud initiatives within a large enterprise or government environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage full lifecycle of complex technical projects in data, analytics, and cloud environments</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet</li><li>Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and vendors</li><li>Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance</li><li>Facilitate Agile and/or waterfall project ceremonies including sprint planning, status meetings, and executive briefings</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively</li><li>Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from a project management perspective</li><li>Lead BI and big data project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines</li><li>Support healthcare data initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards (FHIR, CCDA, HL7)</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business leadership</li><li>Produce and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards</li></ul>",
