In addition, he/she provides technical expertise to staff and others and acts as the Manager’s designee in performing delegated tasks. The Lead Tech collaborates with the manager in making decisions in compliance with existing policies, procedures, or instructions.\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>3-5 years of clinical laboratory experience may qualify.</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>High School / GED </p>\n<p>Baccalaureate degree in biology or chemistry </p>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<p>ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) Registry- Preferred</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $31.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $53.00",
