The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in grades K-12 to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Conduct initial and re-evaluations of students to assess their needs for related services.</p><p>- Develop individualized treatment plans and corresponding IEP goals to address the needs of students with disabilities.</p><p>-Coordinate with the IEP teacher of authority &nbsp;and contribute to the development of the Individual Education Plan.&nbsp;</p><p>- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques appropriate to the needs of students.&nbsp;</p><p>- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</p><p>- Maintain accurate records of the provision of services and progress monitoring of IEP goals and objectives in compliance with policies and procedures.</p><p>- Report student progress through the timely development of IEP progress reports using the Louisiana eSER system.&nbsp;</p><p>- Educate school staff, students, and their families, on strategies and techniques that can be implemented to support student growth and progress. &nbsp;</p><p>- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.</p>",
