This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to maintain efficiency and effectively manage team dynamics. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Project Planning & Implementation:</strong> Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Project Plans:</strong> Develop plans to coordinate teams and resources effectively, merging customer requirements with company goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Project Oversight:</strong> Oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Budget Management:</strong> Maintain project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Resource Allocation:</strong> Allocate project resources effectively and create project schedules and timelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Team Support & Direction:</strong> Provide direction and support to the project team, fostering a productive work environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure project outcomes meet established standards and expectations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Reporting & Communication:</strong> Prepare reports for upper management, detailing project status, progress, challenges, and solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Implement and manage changes to project plans to ensure timely and successful deliverables. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Post-Project Evaluation:</strong> Evaluate and assess completed project results to drive continual improvement. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Education and Experience</em></strong><strong>: </strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Certification:</strong> Project Management Professional<strong> </strong>(PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Professional Experience: </strong>A minimum of 5 years in project management, leadership roles, or related experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Skills and Abilities:</em></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership with outstanding organizational and time management abilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical proficiency in project management software and tools, with competence in MS Project or similar software. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Project management qualification - PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in Stage Gate Product Development Processes is preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Travel:</em></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Occasional travel both domestic and international approximately 15-20% </li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Standard and Physical Requirements:</strong> </p>\n<p>Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Alliance Team Members Demonstrate DRIVE: </strong>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Dedicated</strong>: Follows through on commitments.
