This position plays a critical role in our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), where you&rsquo;ll provide direct clinical services and long-term support for individuals striving toward wellness. If you&#39;re looking for a consistent schedule, a strong team culture, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community, this role may be the perfect fit.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n\n<p>The SUDP provides a range of counseling services, including individual, group, and family sessions, with a focus on supporting patients in recovery. This role is a key part of our integrated approach to care and offers a <strong>Monday through Friday schedule from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM</strong>, promoting work-life balance and consistency.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Deliver direct counseling and case management services to patients (individual, group, family, educational)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate aftercare services</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Serve as a communication bridge between patients, families, clinic staff, and outside agencies</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Prepare and submit patient progress reports, including legal or court-mandated updates</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Facilitate group education sessions, recovery discussions, and patient orientation</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Respond to crises that may impact treatment and use challenges as therapeutic opportunities</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the clinic&#39;s electronic health record (EHR) system</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Participate in community education events on substance use and recovery</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic policies at all times</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Associate&rsquo;s degree</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Certified as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Knowledge of behavioral health disorders, trauma, and motivational counseling techniques</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Understanding of social and cultural dynamics relevant to Tribal communities</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Effective verbal and written communication, including conflict resolution</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Valid Washington State Driver&rsquo;s License</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to pass a background check and comply with vaccine requirements</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to work independently and take initiative</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Knowledge of healthcare administrative operations and compliance</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>American Indian/Alaska Native preference applies</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Read the full job description here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:fc154c5f-e49e-4d9d-879d-4807f16cbe74\">SUD Professional</a></strong></p>\n",
