If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start | For Critical Care Units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Within 6 Months | For Pediatric Units: Pediatric Advanced Life Support- Within 6 Months | For Infusion Center Units: Obtain chemo card- within 3 months of hire</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>(BSN) Bachelor of Science in Nursing</li>\n <li>Recent inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) experience</li>\n</ul>",
