      "content": "<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field</li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&amp;A and business partnering</li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query for financial reporting</li>\n<li>Systems Experience: Familiarity or direct experience with Anaplan, SQL, and Relational Databases is highly preferred</li>\n<li>Financial Modeling: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to build complex models while leveraging automation tools to reduce manual effort</li>\n<li>Communication: Excellent skills in articulating complex financial concepts and data-driven insights to non-financial audiences</li>\n<li>Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Mission-Driven: A passion for our mission and a desire to contribute to the development of fusion energy</li>\n</ul>"
