This highly visible role is responsible for driving key sales performance reporting, supporting sales incentive compensation processes, and enabling commercial leadership with robust analytics, planning, and business partnering.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Pay range: $80,000-$125,000/year<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Commercial Finance Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with the sales and key account teams to deliver actionable insights on orders, margins, and commercial performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Track and model sales incentive plans and commission calculations across verticals, channels, and sales reps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Manage rebate accruals and forecasting in collaboration with sales ops and accounting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Forecasting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Lead monthly and quarterly P&amp;L forecasting for the U.S. commercial business, including revenue, margin, and selling expenses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Drive the annual budgeting process for commercial functions, including headcount, T&amp;E, and incentive plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Track overhead spend vs. budget for assigned cost centers and recommend course corrections where needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Analytics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Own and publish weekly KPIs and dashboards for sales leadership, including bookings, backlog, win rates, and margin trends.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct in-depth order margin analysis by product, customer, channel, and region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare materials for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), including executive-ready analysis and insights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and improve financial models to support business case development and sales growth initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Governance &amp; Process Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate and governed hierarchies for sales verticals, channels, territories, and sales reps in coordination with sales operations and IT.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Help drive the integrity of sales and financial data used for planning, reporting, and compensation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and implement process improvements to increase the speed, accuracy, and insight of FP&amp;A outputs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Partnerships</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Sales Leadership &amp; Key Account Managers – performance advisory, incentive planning, deal support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Sales Operations – data accuracy, territory alignment, system integration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Accounting &amp; Payroll – commissions, rebates, month-end accruals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Corporate FP&amp;A – forecast alignment, budgeting, cash flow support.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">To thrive in this role, you should bring:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of progressive experience in FP&amp;A, at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">Strong business acumen with deep experience supporting commercial or sales teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;
