We are looking for upbeat, charismatic individuals (actors, teachers, coaches, performers, and kid-whisperers of all kinds) who love bringing the fun while keeping kids safe, engaged, and smiling.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’ve ever thought, <em>“I could totally lead a room full of excited kids and make it awesome,”</em> this might be the perfect fit.</p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities Include</h2>\n<p>You’ll help create “best birthday ever” moments by leading active, age-appropriate fun for kids ages 2–12, think movement, games, obstacle courses, and big energy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>In this role, you will:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead birthday activities in gymnastics/parkour/sports and much more - we will train you on our set-up and flow.</li>\n <li>Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times (hello, headcounts and clear boundaries).</li>\n <li>Bring the party vibe: warm welcomes, big energy, and positive engagement.</li>\n <li>Communicate with team members before/during/after the events to ensure everything runs smoothly.</li>\n <li>Assist with basic set-up and reset so the next celebration is ready to roll.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience, Education, & Skills Desired</h2>\n<p>You do not need to be the world’s greatest gymnast or sports coach; you <em>do</em> need to be great with kids.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>You are a strong fit if you are:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experienced working with children ages 2–12, strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>CPR certification required within a designated onboarding period; training provided.</li>\n <li>Friendly, confident, and comfortable being “on” in front of groups.</li>\n <li>Great at keeping things fun and structured using a clear, calm voice when necessary.</li>\n <li>Reliable, team-oriented, and quick on your feet.</li>\n <li>Interested in or experienced with gymnastics, parkour, sports, dance, movement, theater, performance, or coaching.</li>\n <li>Excited to learn - we provide training.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Part-time weekend role - Saturday and Sunday.</p>\n<p>Monthly rotating schedule based on party bookings with year-round opportunities.</p>\n<p>No minimum hour requirement — pick up shifts that work for you based on availability.</p>\n<p>A supportive team environment plus training and growth opportunities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Application Instructions</u></strong></p>\n<p>Interested applicants should forward a resume and cover letter.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we are only able to contact those applicants whose experience most aligns with the position profile.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Per Diem Compensation Range</u></strong></p>\n<p>$25-$28/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
