Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure safety standard are follow, including correct use of equipment & PPE (Zero accidents goals) Oversees and support EHS behavior & initiatives. Utilize quality matrix to improve First Pass Yield /Defect reduction. . Responsible to monitor & support the correct performance of Tier 1 & Tier 2 & escalate as necessary. Responsible to monitor & ensure the correct utilization of resources, ex. Raw materials, tools, & personnel. Responsible to evaluate & develop the supervisor performance, comply with TPI one SMART goal setting & performance on time reviews. Build team work and engagement within the TPI core values & IDEA. Foster & promote continuous improvement culture & cost out projects applying Lean tools. Monitor and approve personnel time & attendance to avoid manufacturing impact. (payroll, permits, vacation & disciplinary actions) Ensure on time & effective oracle transactions. Ensure proper implementation of engineering changes & deviations. Complies with and enforces each of the points of TPI's internal work regulations, Norm 035.
Ensures that TPI's Mission, Vision and Values are fulfilled and enforced Ensure that the processes of the Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000) are maintained and improved.
Education/ Skills/ Experience:
• Leadership skills: Leads, motivates, and holds teams accountable while promoting safety and performance
Communication: Clear, concise, and effective across all levels
Conflict resolution: Resolves issues quickly and fairly
Decision making: Makes timely, data-driven decisions
Problem solving: Identifies root causes and implements solutions

Multitasking: Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
ERP / Oracle knowledge: Ensures accurate system transactions and reporting
Lean tools knowledge: Applies Lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Advanced Microsoft Office: Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Blade manufacturing experience (preferred): Knowledge of composite production processes
Machines & tools knowledge (preferred): Basic understanding of equipment operation and safety
Shift flexibility: Available for various shifts, including weekends and overtime
Training Requirements:
Must attend all mandatory HR training modules such as drug testing, harassment, FMLA, positive work environment, etc.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to be on the factory floor for long periods of time, potentially working across all shifts at times.
• Stamina to work 50+ hours / week to support plant performance.
Personal Qualities: (these are the qualities it takes to get the most from others)
• Emotional balance: The leader works in situations which involve authority, leadership, conflicts, meeting targets and deadlines, etc. The successful leader has to be able to maintain emotional balance and self-control so that they may face various situations confidently and successfully.
• Be proactive/engaging: The leaders will have some objectives to achieve. They cannot plan everything in advance. Several times they have to respond to the needs of the situation which has arisen suddenly. The leader must also be able to have qualities such as being committed, having a missionary zeal, taking responsibility instead of passing the blame to others all while getting the team to engage and follow.
• Creativity: The leader must have the ability to come up with new responses to situations. They must have new ideas and also be able to recognize a good idea when it comes from another source.
