OH and is a Onsite role.</i></b> </p><p></p><p><b>The Role: </b> <i>(Onsite: Columbus,OH)</i></p><p>The main goal of the Site Director is to Lead and direct Site Leadership, and team to achieve key goals and objectives that drive long term growth for the organization. The Director will have leadership responsibilities over a fulfillment center including full P&amp;L responsibility.   </p><p></p><p>In this role, you will drive team execution of the defined operational plans, owns fulfillment client P&amp;Ls, deliver client satisfaction and financials (EBIT), and be responsible for growing and developing future talent.  </p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Manage yearly budget and own monthly P&amp;L for assigned site  </p></li><li><p>Develop Operations Managers and Managers; Develop talent and site succession plans  </p></li><li><p>Own operational standardization and continuous improvement  </p></li><li><p>Develop and manage key client relationships at the operations level e.g.,  </p></li><li><p>Director and Manager of Supply Chain Drive high levels of client Satisfaction and employee Engagement Act as &#34;trouble shooter&#34; for any hot spots that occur from time to time  </p></li><li><p>Oversee all client implementations/upgrades/extensions from a strategic view and ensure seamless integration into the operation  </p></li><li><p>Build a culture of continuous improvement through execution of Operating Model Drive safety, policy, and procedure adherence  </p></li><li><p>Provide direction and support to direct reports.  </p></li><li><p>Coach to ensure career development, productivity and quality objectives are consistently achieved  </p></li><li><p>Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes Interact with senior management while providing updates and solutions on issues about business impact  </p></li><li><p>Engage with broader team for support to site operations  </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are:</b> </p><ul><li><p> Player/Coach - weighted towards coaching Anticipate issues and course correct to avoid  </p></li><li><p>Support your leadership team on finding solutions to operational challenges as client needs evolve Identify opportunities to standardize to drive efficiency and lead the partnership  </p></li><li><p>High Financial Acumen  </p></li><li><p>Strong communication and presentation skills  </p></li><li><p>Sense of urgency to identify and rally teams to address issues  </p></li><li><p>Problem solving thought process Lean thinker, continuous improvement leader  </p></li><li><p>Ability to plan, direct and implement site operations to meet planned KPIs and SLAs  </p></li><li><p>Organizational agility and good influencing skills  </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ve Done:</b> </p><ul><li><p>7&#43; years of progressive Operations experience  </p></li><li><p>* Financial/Cost Management and ownership via budget building – $30-$75M in revenue scope </p></li><li><p>Experience leading culture improvements and/or transformation  </p></li><li><p>Experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology  </p></li><li><p>Proactive, numbers driven and a anticipated planner  </p></li><li><p>Business Leadership Development experience </p></li><li><p>Managing a 3PL fulfillment operation, ideally in ecommerce, direct to consumer, business to consumer (D2C/B2C)  </p></li><li><p>* Wholesale fulfillment experience </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Top Candidates will also have: </b> </p><ul><li><p>Fast paced, high volume, multi-client, unit-pick fulfillment center environment experience </p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (ideally, Manhattan WMS and Pyramid WCS).  </p></li><li><p>Success during traditional holiday ‘peak’ ecommerce  </p></li><li><p>Culture of improvement or transformation with continuous improvement experience.  </p></li><li><p>Bachelors Degree </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Demands &amp; Working Conditions: </b> </p><ul><li><p>Able to lift 25&#43; lbs  </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Currently, Cart.com does not intend to hire candidates who will need, now or in the future, Cart.com sponsorship through any non-immigrant visa category such as the H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, or TN. </p><p></p><p><u>All hiring is contingent on eligibility to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas for applicants.</u> </p><p></p><p>Cart.com<span>
