Visit www.gscf.com to learn more.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>We are expanding and elevating our Technical Operations team and are looking for a skilled Support Engineer with coding experience. This is a hand-on, high impact role where you will support our Product Development and Business Operations team. The Technical Operations team is fully internal, located in Budapest and multiple locations around the world, focused on maintaining the quality of the applications offered and working closely with the Business Operations team and external parties on all technical related matters. The team also supports our internal Data Platform, therefore experience with Data Warehouse and Python are highly desirable.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You Will Make an Impact:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical and business support for internal and external users of GSCF applications. This includes providing quick resolutions for application issues and leading technical discussions with clients and projects.</li>\n<li>Closely work with Product, DevOps, and Developers to investigate and resolve reported issues.</li>\n<li>Participate in application releases - from gathering requirements, requirement analysis, performing UAT testing, to assisting in deployments to production.</li>\n<li>Post deployment checks and continuous monitoring of all applications. Troubleshoot application errors and suggest appropriate resolution.</li>\n<li>Assess risk and impact of production issues and communicate the same with business and technology teams in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Ensure that database performance, storage, data scrambling procedures, data archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain PostgreSQL scheduled reports.</li>\n<li>Administer Jira and confluence.</li>\n<li>Documenting system architecture, tools, and other technical support documentation.</li>\n<li>Act as a liaison between application users, internal technical teams, and infrastructure departments.</li>\n<li>Act as SME to stakeholders and/or other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team: </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience<br></li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of working experience in providing technical support</li>\n<li>Strong PostgreSQL knowledge</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Java programming language or Python is a must, preferably knowledge in both.</li>\n<li>Experience in root-cause analysis, report generation and documentation tools</li>\n<li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Clear oral and written communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Self-driven and with the right sense of urgency</li>\n<li>Can-do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment</li>\n<li>Great communicator with a collaborative mindset</li>\n<li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a vast team</li>\n<li>Willing to go the extra mile in supporting end-users</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with B2B EDI integration</li>\n<li>Experience with BI Tools (Power BI, DAX, Power Query)</li>\n<li>Experience with Data Warehouse, Snowflake</li>\n<li>Exeprience with dbt</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other category protected by law. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Privacy Notice</span></p>\n<p>Please note that your personal data will be processed in accordance with <a href=\"https://www.gscf.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/20260301-Privacy-Notice-for-Job-Candidates-v002-web2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GSCF Privacy Notice for Job Candidates</a>.  When submitting your application, you therefore acknowledge and confirm that you understand that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the above-mentioned Privacy Notice.
