Ask questions of guests and make personal connections to make them feel they are welcome and valued</li><li>Anticipate and meet the needs and expectations of our guests, then go one step further</li><li>Clean public areas according to Suburban Inns and Hilton standards<ul><li>Mop, sweep, and vacuum all floors</li><li>Wash all surface areas (windows, doors, counters, etc.)</li><li>Dust all surface areas (floorboards, windowsills, handrails, etc.)            </li><li>Wipe down tables and chairs in pool area</li><li>Empty all garbage cans</li><li>Complete extra tasks assigned (storage rooms, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>Return any room service trays to the break room</li><li>Return roll-aways and cribs with fresh linen to the appropriate storage rooms</li><li>Bring all dirty laundry to the laundry room</li><li>Communicate to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper when rooms are cleaned</li><li>Ensure that all standards set by Suburban Inns and Hilton are being followed at all times</li><li>Assist in keeping all storage rooms organized</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift, and keep Team Member morale high</li><li>Follow all Suburban Inns Processes</li><li>Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records</li><li>Other duties as requested by management</li></ul><p><b><u>Position Requirements:</u></b></p><p>Minimum Knowledge:  Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions. Good communication skills</p><p>Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: None</p><p>License, Training, and/or Certification Required: Hazcom Training, Bloodborne Pathogen Training (may be completed upon hire)</p><p><b><u>Uniform and Appearance Guidelines:</u></b></p><p>Uniform:  Uniform and name tag provided.  Close-toed, non-slip shoes are the responsibility of the Team Member.</p><p>Appearance: Hair must be kept well-groomed.
