In this position, you will contribute to the success of Rusnak Group by effectively maintaining a vital communication link between the Business Development Center (BDC) and internal and external Clients, while ensuring achievement of all franchise service goals and objectives.</p>\n<p>Rusnak Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer. We use hospital grade cleaning products and increased cleaning frequency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Effectively and Efficiently Contributes to a Profitable and Successful Business Unit:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fields inbound phone calls on a daily basis; make outbound phone calls to gain new growth for all franchises</li>\n <li>Generate service appointments for all franchises to promote greater revenue for each franchise</li>\n <li>Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company’s customer database system; enter notes in a timely basis and write in professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.</li>\n <li>Effectively manages special tasks as assigned by the BDC and Service management team to contribute to overall team success of the organization</li>\n <li>Meet individual and team goals and initiative; for example hourly goals, monthly, and annual goals</li>\n <li>Provides daily, monthly and quarterly progress updates to BDC and Service management; ensures all managers are informed on all customer and personal concerns.</li>\n <li>Learn and adapt to changing needs of BDC campaigns by given deadline</li>\n <li>Learn and correctly apply scripts within 24 hours of being provided by management</li>\n <li>Communicates effectively with service customers within established time frames</li>\n <li>Encourages clients to visit the dealership and service their vehicle by scheduling service appointments;</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Desired; H.S. Diploma/GED/ or Equivalent</li>\n <li>Required; 2+ years in position of customer service representative or similar positions in retail industry.</li>\n <li>Required; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; retail related experience.</li>\n <li>Required; Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus;</li>\n <li>At least eighteen (18) years of age.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Degree/Diploma </h2>High School Diploma/GED : Desired\n<h2>Licenses Required </h2>Valid CA Driver License",
