Role Overview
Grow Your Career and Make a Difference
Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest in Allentown, Pennsylvania . As part of one of the region’s leading healthcare systems, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced acute care environment focused on delivering an exceptional patient dining experience.
This highly visible leadership role will oversee all aspects of the patient meal service program while leading and developing a team of approximately 50 frontline employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving patient satisfaction, operational excellence, employee engagement, and service quality throughout the department.
The schedule is generally 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This leader will also be trained on opening and closing procedures and will participate in rotating weekend coverage every other weekend.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day patient services operations.
Coordinate tasks through subordinate supervisors and frontline staff.
Deliver high-quality food services in patient meal management operations.
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
Create and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence.
Ensure HACCP, regulatory, and Sodexo standards compliance.
Interact daily with patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure satisfaction.
Foster a positive environment that supports employee engagement and performance.
