As a Software Support Engineer, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology, grow your skills, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the first line of support via phone and email for customers &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;experiencing issues with our Invar Warehouse System (IWS) software.</li><li>Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with IWS software packages.</li><li>Maintain, track, and escalate support tickets as needed to ensure timely resolutions.</li><li>Monitor customer production environments to identify and proactively address potential issues.</li><li>Assist in testing new software releases and custom implementations, providing valuable feedback to the development team.</li><li>Set up internal development PCs and test servers to support new implementations.</li><li>Travel to customer sites (up to 25%) to deliver hands-on, on-site support, including commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>A recommended degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>A working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required) and experience with Windows environments (required).</li><li>Experience with C# .NET is a plus.</li><li>An ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Travel up to 25% annually (domestic and international)</li><li>&nbsp;Participate in the team’s ongoing 24/7 support of Invar customers (compensation provided).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Why work for Storage Solutions - A Jungheinrich Company?</strong></p><p><em>Our greatest asset is our people.
