This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and adaptability in a fast‑paced production setting.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct laser alignment and full spectrometer system validation using laser alignment jigs, PMT detectors, and customized software tools (Synerjy, Excel macros, and other custom GUIs)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laser systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Execute laser alignment and beam profiling to ensure optimal system performance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assemble and test mechanical and electronic components in accordance with work instructions (WI), CAD drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform wire harness assembly and functional testing using hand tools and crimping tools</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize precision tools, including wrenches, Allen keys, alignment jigs, periscopes, and related equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve laser performance and technical issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure full compliance with laser safety protocols and procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate detailed documentation and reports on optical test results, laser system performance, and identified issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide technical support during product development, validation, and testing phases.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidates must be able to safely lift and handle equipment weighing over 75 pounds.
