font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Test UI across the organization’s approved browsers and platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Debug and troubleshoot UI and full-stack issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving fixes.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Continuously improve the user experience by identifying UX/UI enhancements and performance optimizations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in front-end, full-stack, and UI development.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality and shared</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">standards.</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements and deliver </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">incremental value.</span><br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Java development skills for backend services.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, for building rich, responsive UIs.</li>\n<li>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with containers (Podman and/or Docker).</li>\n<li>Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.</li>\n<li>Practical experience designing and building microservices-based architectures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Familiarity with Two or More of the Following</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data and processing paradigms: Machine Learning, streaming data pipelines, and/or batch processing.</li>\n<li>Data stores: MongoDB, ArangoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments such as AWS or on hyper-converged<br>infrastructure (HCI).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools for full-stack applications.</li>\n<li>Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
