    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>&nbsp;In conjunction with more senior engineers, plans, develops and implements techniques and<br>programs to ensure that quality levels are maintained in accordance with the organization’s<br>quality standards.</li><li>Collaborates to establish specifications, controls and quality metrics, including participation in<br>reviewing and/or creating PFMEA and Control Plans. Monitor, identify, fill-gaps as well as develop<br>various controls to improve process and product quality.</li><li>Lead ESC projects on new and modified processes and products following ESC standards.<br>Ensure output are within DENSO's standard's and launched on-time.</li><li>Perform internal and/or external process audits to quickly identify issues and develop<br>countermeasures with various stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor various data sources to identify, contain and lead resolution to process and product<br>quality issues. Coordinate activities to implement countermeasures and track effectiveness.</li><li>Coordinates product testing and teardown with quality testing technicians and develop resulting<br>summary reports to management, customers and/or other stakeholders.</li><li>Support various customers to resolve field inquiries and warranty issues. Develop effective<br>communication and relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction with DENSO Quality.</li><li>Research, plan, develop and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) programs.</li><li>Effectively communicate with management, peers, customers, and other stakeholders on<br>technical issues.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical or related field</li><li>0-3 years of relevant experience&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge with email<br>software (e.g. Lotus Notes preferred), and other proprietary company software. Working<br>knowledge of inventory tracking software (e.g. AS400/BPCS)</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance of lab test benches. Good communication<br>skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels throughout the organization and with<br>suppliers and customers. Ability to successfully motivate DPAM internal associates in regards to<br>resolving quality issues</li><li>Competent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a good presenter that can interpret<br>information based on a general knowledge of the organization, its products and procedures, and<br>provide an independent explanation and discussion based on the technical or complex nature of<br>the materials being discussed</li><li>Good customer service skills with an ability to approach every business relationship partnership</li><li>Basic analytical skills with an ability to independently evaluate and develop innovative solutions to<br>complex situations, applying knowledge of specialty area and use of sound judgement</li><li><p>Basic negotiation skills. Ability to resolve difficult or complicated situations that are often sensitive<br>in nature.
