    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <strong>hands‑on Technical Lead &amp; Architect</strong> to drive solution architecture and technical health for one of our top <strong>L&amp;AH customers</strong>. This role will work closely with Senior <strong>Technical Architect and</strong> Majesco leadership to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own <strong>end‑to‑end solution architecture</strong> for Customer’s L&amp;A platform (policy administration and related components)</li>\n <li>Lead <strong>technical improvements</strong> (performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability)</li>\n <li><strong>Debug and stabilize production issues</strong>, including deep‑dive analysis across application, integration, and infrastructure layers</li>\n <li>Guide and upskill an offshore engineering team in India while collaborating with Customer’s onshore stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You should be comfortable switching between <strong>strategic architecture work</strong> and <strong>hands‑on code/diagnostics.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Solution Architecture &amp; Technical Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and evolve the <strong>target solution architecture</strong> for Customer’s L&amp;A implementation, aligning with both <strong>Majesco product standards</strong> and <strong>Customer enterprise guidelines</strong>.</li>\n <li>Lead solutioning for <strong>new implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and performance improvements</strong>.</li>\n <li>Translate business and non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, security, resiliency) into <strong>architectural and design decisions</strong>.</li>\n <li>Review and approve <strong>HLD/LLD, design patterns, interfaces, and integration approaches</strong> across components.</li>\n <li>Ensure <strong>consistent use of frameworks, coding standards, and best practices</strong> across the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Production Support &amp; Issue Resolution</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as <strong>technical point of escalation</strong> for complex <strong>production incidents</strong> related to customer.</li>\n <li>Lead <strong>root cause analysis (RCA)</strong>, drive permanent fixes, and define <strong>preventive measures</strong>.</li>\n <li>Guide the team in using <strong>logs, metrics, profiling tools, APM, and database diagnostics</strong> to troubleshoot issues.</li>\n <li>Drive <strong>performance tuning</strong> of application, database, and integrations to meet SLAs.</li>\n <li>Partner with Amol and Customerteams on <strong>incident triage, communication, and post‑incident reviews</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Delivery, Estimation &amp; Governance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare, review, and own <strong>estimates</strong> for upgrades, new features, and technical improvements.</li>\n <li>Provide <strong>technical oversight</strong> across sprints/releases, ensuring design integrity and technical debt management.</li>\n <li>Support <strong>QC/testing</strong> teams with test strategy for performance, regression, and non‑functional coverage.</li>\n <li>Contribute to <strong>implementation roadmaps</strong>, risk identification, and mitigation planning for Customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>People Leadership &amp; Mentoring</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and mentor a <strong>team of software specialists/engineers</strong> working on the account.</li>\n <li>Coach team members on <strong>architecture, design, debugging, and domain</strong>; build strong second‑line technical leaders.</li>\n <li>Promote <strong>Agile ways of working</strong> (Scrum, CI/CD, automation) and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Stakeholder Management</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with <strong>Amol and Customer stakeholders</strong> to clarify requirements, propose solutions, and gain alignment.</li>\n <li>Present architecture and design options, trade‑offs, and recommendations to <strong>technical and business audiences</strong>.</li>\n <li>Communicate complex technical topics in a <strong>clear, structured, and customer‑friendly</strong> manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>10+ years</strong> of experience in <strong>design and development</strong> using <strong>Java</strong> and related technologies.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>L&amp;A insurance domain</strong> knowledge (Policy Administration Systems) for the <strong>North American market</strong> (preferred strong plus).</li>\n <li>Proven experience as <strong>Technical Lead / Solution Architect</strong> on <strong>complex enterprise implementations</strong>, ideally for large insurers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong <strong>object‑oriented design</strong> and <strong>Java</strong> expertise; experience with:\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Spring</strong> (Core, Boot), <strong>Hibernate/JPA</strong>, <strong>JMS</strong>, REST APIs</li>\n   <li>Web technologies such as <strong>HTML5</strong>, JavaScript and related UI frameworks</li>\n   <li>Interface/integration frameworks (e.g., <strong>SOAP/REST, messaging, file‑based, ESB/iPaaS</strong>).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience in <strong>UML‑based analysis and design</strong> using standard modeling tools.</li>\n <li>Hands‑on experience producing and reviewing <strong>High‑Level Design (HLD)</strong> and <strong>Low‑Level Design (LLD)</strong> documents.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of <strong>business rules engines</strong> and <strong>workflow engines</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong <strong>RDBMS</strong> skills (any major database) with clear understanding of <strong>SQL, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling</strong>.</li>\n <li>Exposure to <strong>performance engineering</strong> (profiling, load testing, tuning) at application and DB levels.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps/CI‑CD</strong> practices and <strong>automation tools</strong> (build, deployment, and test automation).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Delivery &amp;
