You are proactive and passionate about team culture and delivery, and will get both the freedom and responsibility to shape how we build and grow our engineering team.</span></p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Team Leadership</span></strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their objectives and goals. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, feedback, and updates. Ensure a positive team culture, in line with the Vesper Blueprint.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Operational Excellence</span></strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">: Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets and delivers high-quality work. Monitor the effectiveness of operational processes and propose and implement improvements where needed.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Active Code Contribution</span></strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">: Work side-by-side with your team implementing new features and improvements in the codebases. Lead refinements and retros together with the Product Manager.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Performance Management</span></strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">: Perform regular 1-on-1s to discuss goals, provide coaching and feedback, and support your team's growth. In collaboration with the Lead Developers, conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">Talent Management</span></strong><span style=\"color:#000000\">: Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective hiring, onboarding, and growth practices.
