There is nothing in our inventory as valuable as the associates who carry our reputation into the marketplace. With the training we provide, the Preventative Maintenance (PM) Technician helps Arnold to keep that standing.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conducts maintenance services for customer</li>\r\n\t<li>Service of electric, gas, propane, and diesel forklifts</li>\r\n\t<li>Examine forklifts and other material handling equipment to compile a list of any needed repairs</li>\r\n\t<li>Give a copy of needed repairs to the Care Sales Representative to schedule the repairs</li>\r\n\t<li>Use electronic test equipment to locate and correct malfunctions in fuel, ignition, and emissions control systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs advanced troubleshooting and diagnosis of all systems</li>\r\n\t<li>Running or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Non-essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Assist the Used Equipment Manager with various tasks</li>\r\n\t<li>Paperwork and various office duties</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a clean workspace</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions: </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects between 50-75 lbs.</li>\r\n\t<li>Extent Flexibility -- The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs</li>\r\n\t<li>Information Ordering -- The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations)</li>\r\n\t<li>Visualization -- The ability to imagine how something will look after it is moved around or when its parts are moved or rearranged</li>\r\n\t<li>Hearing Sensitivity -- The ability to detect or tell the differences between sounds that vary in pitch and loudness</li>\r\n\t<li>Manual Dexterity -- The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects, and the use of torque wrenches, operate forklifts, pallet jacks, indoor/outdoor cranes</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Accommodations:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Reasonable accommodations for essential functions of the position will be considered</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Benefits offered:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Paid Sick Leave</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid Vacation</li>\r\n\t<li>Paid Holiday</li>\r\n\t<li>Company currently pays 100% of the medical premium for associates and family</li>\r\n\t<li>Dental and Vision plans</li>\r\n\t<li>401K/Roth with company match</li>\r\n\t<li>Quarterly and Yearly Bonus programs</li>\r\n\t<li>Company Stock received to associates with 5+ years of service</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Arnold Machinery is an equal opportunity, affirmative action, and right-to-work employer.
