The Operators (Plant) must be comfortable working with computers and able to effectively apply critical thinking to all aspect of the position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key areas of responsibility</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">Duties may include, but not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Operate scale and perform related functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Manual labor duties including cleaning site. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Ensure trucks are loaded to the correct weight to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Ensure equipment is running correctly and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Follow direction of shift lead and/or supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to worksite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Familiar with MSHA and/or OSHA procedures and policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Experience working in an industrial environment preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Heavy Equipment operation experience is highly desired.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Use of hand tools and different construction equipment is considered an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Previous experience silo loading onto trailers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Mechanical aptitude is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Working Conditions</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks, including shoveling and lifting to 50 lbs.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Be able to stand/work for majority of shift.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Exposure to outside weather conditions frequently.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> </span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\"> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">6 p.m. – 6 a.m.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Potential growth opportunities available once scale operations are established.  Also, e</span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">ligible for applicable shift premiums.</span></p>\n<span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">#ZR</span>\n<p><br></p>",
