    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>As a Managing Director - Health and Benefits Consulting, you will&nbsp;make a valuable difference every day to our high-profile clients and prospects by developing leading edge solutions to address their health and benefits and broader benefits issues. &nbsp;You will&nbsp;lead large, highly visible client engagements as well as&nbsp;develop and manage active pipelines, grow relationships with current and prospective clients, and demonstrate how our organization’s superior strategic resources and capabilities can address their concerns.&nbsp; You will serve as a key voice to the marketplace of one of the world’s leading HR consulting firms and have the ability to contribute to the evolution of health care delivery in North America.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients in the design and management of their health and benefits programs,&nbsp;</li><li>Primary accountability for creating and executing a business strategy to penetrate the local and regional market in obtaining completely new Health and Benefits clients of the company; retain and grow revenue with clients once on board</li><li>Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals</li><li>Serve as senior Health and Benefits strategist for clients, ensuring that health and welfare plan design meets clients’ needs and fits within overall benefits strategy</li><li>Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace through conference appearances and various other profile building venues</li><li>Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches</li><li>Build relationships internally with sales and marketing team and consultants within and outside H&amp;B to effectively collaborate on sales opportunities</li><li>Help to identify and develop future talent</li></ul>",
