This individual will lead a team of construction professionals, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals and objectives.</li>\r\n\t<li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction managers, Construction Supervisors, and field personnel to ensure high performance and professional development.</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints. Provide regular financial updates and recommendations for cost optimization.</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, legal, procurement, pmo, permitting, etc.) and external stakeholders (contractors, vendors, regulatory bodies) to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with all regulations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Establish and enforce construction standards and protocols to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Identify potential risks or delays in the project timeline and proactively address issues to minimize disruption.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, and project documentation. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project milestones, budget, and potential risks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Drive continuous improvement in construction processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><br />\r\n&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li>\r\n\t<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the telecommunications or ISP industry.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and budgets.</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li>\r\n\t<li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\r\n\t<li>Familiarity with Internet infrastructure, including fiber optics, broadband, and network systems, is a plus.</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates the ability to manage ambiguity by adapting strategies, prioritizing goals, and driving results in dynamic business environments.</li>\r\n\t<li>PMP or similar project management certification.</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with the construction of telecommunications infrastructure or fiber-optic networks.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive work environment where innovation and teamwork thrive.
