The successful candidate will handle the management, supervision and day to day activities of the Location including the successful, timely and professional resolution of customer concerns. This resourceful Manager will coordinate and schedule a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></div>\n<div>The Location Manager is responsible for organizing office operations and procedures, overseeing customer service and service dispatch teams, handling the administrative office functions, and ensuring the company support team is properly staffed and is operating smoothly.</div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage installation and service dispatch team, service agreement team, and sales lead coordinating team to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Plan and prepare and supervise work schedules and coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates to meet the needs of the business.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ensure dispatch procedures are maintained and all work orders are processed properly and timely.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Respond to customer complaints or inquiries.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for ensuring all administrative duties are completed properly.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage incoming calls and messages.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Work with outside sales team to create sales orders</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage the process of scheduling sales consultations and installations.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">·Help customers with Financing Applications</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Provide job details to installers and electricians</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Maintain the appearance of location</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Report data/metrics to managers.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Motive department to hit or surpass their goals.</span></div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.</span></div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
