    "description_html": "<strong>Vehicle Installation Technician</strong><br><br><strong>Location</strong>: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)<br><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-Time, Contract<br><strong>Pay</strong>: $30.00–$40.00 per hour<br><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday–Friday | Multiple shifts available <br><br><strong>Job Overview</strong><br><br>We are seeking detail-oriented Vehicle Installation Technicians to support vehicle preparation, hardware integration, mechanical assembly, and installation operations in a fast-paced production environment.<br><br>This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hardware installation, mechanical assembly, vehicle modifications, manufacturing, production, engineering technician work, automotive systems, electromechanical assembly, and quality inspection.<br><br><strong>Available Shifts</strong><br><br><strong>Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):</strong><br><br>* Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM<br><br><strong>Regular Shift Options:</strong><br><br>* AM Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM<br>* PM Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>* Perform vehicle hardware installation following documented work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)<br>* Mount, align, secure, and validate components according to engineering specifications<br>* Route wiring harnesses, connect electrical components, and ensure proper cable management<br>* Execute system power-up procedures and perform functional testing<br>* Conduct quality inspections, verification checks, and troubleshooting as needed<br>* Read and interpret assembly instructions, technical documentation, diagrams, and installation guides<br>* Accurately document completed work and communicate issues to supervisors and engineering teams<br>* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace<br>* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts<br>* Follow installation workflows with precision while meeting quality and productivity standards<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br><br>* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent<br>* Experience in hardware assembly, mechanical assembly, vehicle installation, automotive work, manufacturing, production, maintenance, or related technical environments<br>* Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment<br>* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability<br>* Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work orders, blueprints, diagrams, or assembly documentation<br>* Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship<br>* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills<br>* Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work around vehicles throughout the shift<br>* Ability to work safely in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or engineering environment<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br><br>* Experience as an Assembly Technician, Installation Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Engineering Technician, Automotive Technician, Mechanical Technician, Production Technician, or Hardware Technician<br>* Experience with wiring harnesses, low-voltage electrical systems, cable routing, component integration, or vehicle retrofitting<br>* Familiarity with quality control, inspection processes, and production workflows<br><br><b>How to Apply </b><br>Submit your updated CV and complete the screening questions.
