    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain AutoCAD standards, templates, reference documents and training material.</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain and provide training in AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>\n<li>Develop techniques to increase efficiency for staff using AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with surveying staff to develop, maintain and share surveying symbiology files.</li>\n<li>Reviews plans for quality, accuracy, completeness and compliance with standards and requirements.</li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating with various departments, divisions and consultants to manage project files.</li>\n<li>Coordinates with IT to manage the agency's AutoCAD licensing and software configurations.</li>\n<li>Must perform duties in a professional and courteous manner to promote a positive image of the Road Commission for Oakland County.</li>\n<li>Requires a daily schedule that supports RCOC hours or operation.</li>\n<li>Regular and predictable onsite job attendance is an essential function of this position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Special Experience/Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This positions requires a high school diploma with post-secondary education in engineering technology preferred; progressively increased responsibility in supervising personnel.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong working knowledge and proficiency utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D for design of civil (road/bridge) infrastructure projects.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of RCOC organization structure including cause / effect of project priorities and impact throughout the organization.</li>\n<li>Drafting, road plan preparation and computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>A minimum of five (5) years of technical experience commensurate with the duties described above is required.</li>\n<li>Must possess and maintain a valid State of Michigan driver's license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Disclaimer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess a Valid Driver's license.</li>\n<li>Attractive benefits package.</li>\n<li>EOE/ADA/Drug Free Workplace.</li>\n</ul>",
