This position is hybrid with Wednesday and Thursday in the office, and could be required more days.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate the financial impact of new grid architecture design and technology deployment and provide insights on investment opportunities.</li>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the economic viability, which includes identifying and estimating benefits, calculating avoided costs, and assessing capital and O&M efficiency.</li>\n <li>Align the business case with regulatory requirements to ensure support and cost recovery. Develop strategies to address regulatory and policy considerations.</li>\n <li>Develop recommendations and materials to enable decision-making</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of utility finance, economic principles, financial modeling techniques.</li>\n <li>Development of cost-benefit financial models</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and conducting comprehensive economic analysis.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication or interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse audiences</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of utility business, grid planning and operations, and grid modernization technologies.</li>\n <li>Coding/Programing skills in Excel, Python, or other business applications.</li>\n <li>Seven or more years of experience in modeling, forecasting, and economic analysis, with a focus on grid architecture, grid technology deployment, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.</p>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong>E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc.</strong> offers an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off.</p>\n<h2>Wage Data Per State Requirements</h2>\n<p>This position will pay between $180,000 to $220,000 per year, based on skills and experience.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment/Physical Demands</h2>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
