You were made for this.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorganChase within the Consumer and Community Banking, you serve in a leadership role by providing technical coaching and advisory for multiple technical teams, as well as anticipate the needs and potential dependencies of other functions within the firm. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.95pt\"><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>Provide overall direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers that work on basic to moderately complex tasks</li>\n <li>Provide architectural oversight for Java based enterprise platforms with a focus on performance, reliability, and operability.</li>\n <li>Be accountable for decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Ensures successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders; align product, engineering, operations, and risk on priorities and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Identifies and mitigates issues to execute a book of work while escalating issues as necessary</li>\n <li>Provide architectural oversight for Java based enterprise platforms with a focus on performance, reliability, and operability.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of automated testing strategy, including implementation of scalable test frameworks</li>\n <li>Provides input to leadership regarding budget, approach, and technical considerations to improve operational efficiencies and functionality for the team</li>\n <li>Creates a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect for team members and prioritizes diverse representation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.95pt\"><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>8+ years of professional software development with modern languages like J2EE, Spring Boot, React, Kafka</li>\n <li>Experience leading teams of technologists</li>\n <li>Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives</li>\n <li>Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems</li>\n <li>Practical cloud-native experience with AWS cloud computing platforms</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security</li>\n <li>Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.95pt\"><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>Financial industry experience</li>\n <li><span>Experience working with any Frontend frameworks (Angular / React)</span></li>\n</ul>",
