For additional information, please visit <a href=\"https://www.anaqua.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">anaqua.com</a>, or on <a href=\"https://www.linkedin.com/company/anaqua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LinkedIn.</a></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>You’ll love this job if you like to:<br><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span>This role is responsible for the successful transition of clients to Anaqua’s Intellectual Property Management System, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Participating in / Leading client requirements gathering and workflow mapping workshops</span></li>\n<li><span>Advising clients on how best to use Anaqua, and how to streamline their business processes for maximum operational efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span>Identifying and agreeing upon client-specific requirements and configuring Anaqua to meet them</span></li>\n<li><span>Scoping and scheduling system configuration work from requirements gathering through delivery, testing and user training</span></li>\n<li><span>Working closely with the client and with Anaqua internal teams to ensure requirements are met in a timely and structured fashion</span></li>\n<li><span>Business analysis – eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis</span></li>\n<li><span>Gathering documents required to configure proprietary software platform and provide end-to-end Intellectual Property management and technology solution</span></li>\n<li><span>Assisting in data mapping of client legacy system fields and values to ANAQUA</span></li>\n<li><span>Training client users on the ANAQUA product features and workflows</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Requirements:<br><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; confident to ask questions and explore options</span></li>\n<li><span>Fast learner able to grasp client’s needs and priorities quickly</span></li>\n<li><span>Critical thinking: able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong client management skills including the ability to work with clients to agree priorities and final requirements</span></li>\n<li><span>Presentation and meeting management skills – must be able to lead meetings confidently and drive group discussions; excellent meeting preparation and follow up expected</span></li>\n<li><span>This role requires a candidate with excellent client facing and client communication skills who can work effectively with clients to understand their needs and build trust and credibility.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience working in SaaS implementations</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll need to be successful:</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>BS/BA, MS, BBA.</span></li>\n<li><span>3 plus years of equivalent relevant work experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Level Japanese and JLPT N2 Certified.</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Multilingual is a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Anaqua is always on the lookout for talented people who feel that they can contribute to the team.
