Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p><strong>The Patient Access Specialist is dedicated to providing the first impression for our patients, providers, and customers contributing to a positive patient experience.  The Patient Access Services Specialist is responsible for  coordinating the patient flow from check -in to check-out.  This position ensures that all information is complete and accurate to establish and maintain a patient record required for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience/Requirements </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required</li>\n <li>Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare highly preferred, medical front office experience highly preferred</li>\n <li>Must have intermediate computer skills with Google Suite</li>\n <li>Previous insurance billing experience highly preferred</li>\n <li>Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Learn more about us at </strong><strong>Aspireindiana.org</strong><strong>, and see our Core Values, benefits and current job listings on our </strong><strong>Careers page</strong><strong>.
