The ideal candidate brings meaningful courtroom and deposition experience, the ability to independently manage a substantive caseload, and a collaborative spirit that strengthens the team around them. This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Independently manage a robust docket of employment litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial or resolution</li><li>Take and defend depositions with minimal supervision, including expert witnesses and corporate representatives</li><li>Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances</li><li>Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, including motions for summary judgment</li><li>Develop and execute case strategy in coordination with supervising attorneys and clients</li><li>Conduct legal research and produce clear, persuasive written work products</li><li>Mentor junior associates and collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff</li><li>Maintain direct client relationships, providing strategic counsel and regular case updates</li><li>Monitor and manage deadlines across a high-volume docket with precision and efficiency</li></ul>",
