This individual will provide leadership to after-school staff, ensure students are actively engaged in meaningful activities, maintain accurate attendance and accountability procedures, and serve as the primary point of contact for families and school administration during after-school hours.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM–6:00 PM</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-weight: bold\">This position is to start when the 2026 - 2027 school year starts. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Student Safety &amp; Supervision</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain full supervision of all students participating in the after-school program at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all students are accounted for from dismissal until authorized pick-up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement and monitor check-in, attendance, transition, and dismissal procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Respond appropriately to student behavior concerns, injuries, emergencies, and other incidents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all safety procedures, school policies, and program expectations are followed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Staff Leadership &amp; Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and support after-school staff members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assign responsibilities and monitor staff performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure appropriate staff-to-student ratios are maintained.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide direction, coaching, and problem-solving support to staff as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Program Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the daily after-school schedule is followed consistently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor tutoring and academic support sessions to ensure they are occurring as scheduled and effectively supporting students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Plan, organize, and coordinate engaging, hands-on enrichment activities that promote creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and student engagement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a structured balance of academic support, enrichment, recreation, and social interaction.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communication</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student participation, behavior, and program information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Notify building administration immediately of serious incidents, safety concerns, injuries, allegations, or emergencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and parent communication as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as the primary point of contact for families during after-school hours.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, recreation, or youth development setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
