    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The Event Security role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all guests, staff, and players during events. In this role, Event Security team members are expected to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and exception customer service while enforcing stadium policies and responding to incidents. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities </strong>include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a visible presence throughout the stadium to deter fan misconduct and promote a safe environment</li>\n <li>Assume positions in all levels of the seating bowl and concourse areas to observe and identify problems, fans issues and prevent incidents from escalating  </li>\n <li>Have a proactive approach to customer service, safety, and security during the game </li>\n <li>Coordinate with ticket takers to complete bag checks as fans enter the ballpark</li>\n <li>Assume positions in the player parking lot before, during and after games to ensure the safety of the players and umpires</li>\n <li>Check for proper field access credentials for members of the media and all others on the field.  </li>\n <li>Diffuse, mediate and control fan disputes in a timely fashion with minimal disruption of the fan’s baseball experience </li>\n <li>Responsible for precise and accurate information relayed to medical staff, Wilson Police Department concerning altercations and/or medical issues</li>\n <li>Work with the Wilson Police Department to assure the safety of all guests and prevent problems in high fan traffic areas, refer all criminal/ordinance violations to the Wilson Police Department for investigation and disposition </li>\n <li>Observe and report instances of excessive alcohol consumption or underage drinking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications </strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Law Enforcement or extensive training and experience in Law Enforcement and Security procedures. </li>\n <li>Experience and/or background in public safety and experience with crowd control while dealing with large amounts of guests is preferred </li>\n <li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism</li>\n <li>Attentive to safety procedures and capable of responding appropriately to guest needs or incidents</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s license and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MBBC) satisfactory driving record required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p>\n<p>One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Hours </strong>                                                          </p>\n<p>Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays.</p>\n<p>Must have availability to work most games and special events.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Some perks include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ballpark discounts</li>\n <li>Recognition program and incentives</li>\n <li>Inclusive training and development opportunities aligned with Club values</li>\n</ul>\n<p>For more information about our Crew, other benefits and insight into our Club culture please visit our Careers Page.</p>",
