We provide our students with a free education, educational materials, health treatment and medicine, counseling, and a place to live. Every day we strive to create a sustainable organization working to educate all of Kopila’s children until they are ready to enter the world as happy, skilled, confident, self-sufficient adults. We believe we can serve as a model for quality education in Nepal. We will strive to provide our children with scholarships (should they choose to pursue higher education), the skills required to enter the world as global citizens, and ambassadors for change.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Interns. This position is open to recent S.E.E graduates/ + 2 graduates and students taking a gap year who are interested in exploring a career in education.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Assist lead teachers in classroom activities and lesson preparation</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Help supervise students during class, recess, and extracurricular activities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra help</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Assist in creating and organizing educational materials</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Help with administrative tasks related to teaching and classroom management</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Excellent academic achievements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">-  +2 graduates or currently on a gap year</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Strong interest in education and working with children</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Patience and ability to work well with diverse groups of students</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Basic computer skills for educational technology use</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">- Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methods</span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
