Position Title: People & Culture Business Partner Classification: Exempt Position Status: Full Time Reports To: Vice President, People & Culture Direct Reports: None Role Objectives: The People & Culture Business Partner will provide support to the VP, People & Culture to enable the delivery of P&C programs and initiatives across all facets of human resources for the Americas (US, Canada, Mexico). The P&C BP will work closely with teams to embed the Moose culture and ensure the team continues to live The WOW every day. Qualifications: · A minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong foundation in HR Generalist duties and preferably experience in a Human Resources Business Partner capacity. · PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus. · Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-country workforces. · Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. · A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area of focus. Responsibilities: P&C Strategy and Initiatives Build strong relationships across departments to ensure consistent P&C support and adoption of policies and programs. Ensure cost spent is within the US P&C Budget according to Finance processes; Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness Assist in conducting workplace investigations as required. Oversee the roll-out of health and wellbeing programs in line with agreed global strategy. Partner with leaders to interpret employee engagement data and recommend targeted actions to improve culture and retention. Translate business needs into scalable P&C programs, processes, and priorities; recommend solutions using data and year employee feedback surveys. Assist in executing global DEI initiatives across the Americas, partnering with leaders to drive local impact. Support planning of employee events that reinforce community, retention, and a positive employee experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Legal, ) to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of P&C initiatives Performance Management Help to coordinate the Moose Performance Management Program (MPMP), sending communications to staff and updating relevant forms/templates. Lead performance processes in HRIS (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews) and drive on-time completion. Create and/or deliver manager toolkits and trainings working with L&D team. Partner with VP, P&C to calibrate ratings, promotions, and internal mobility decisions for consistency and equity. Benefits and Compensation Support compensation practices: job leveling, offer alignment, pay equity reviews, merit cycles, promotion adjustments. Oversee benefits administration: open enrollment, vendor management, employee questions, escalations, reporting, and audits. Oversee personnel file maintenance, retention, and confidentiality standards; ensure audit readiness. Assist in the execution of Work, Health, and Safety initiatives and compliance requirements. Act as bridge between immigration lawyers and employees who are going through visa processes. P&C Operations and HRIS Own day-to-day P&C operations including P&C inbox/workflow management, employee data changes, and process consistency. Maintain HRIS integrity (data accuracy, permissions, reporting, audits) and improve systems/processes over time. Payroll Partner with Finance to ensure accurate processing, timely changes, deductions/benefits coordination, and issue resolution. Support timekeeping compliance and proper classification of employees (exempt/non-exempt guidance, attendance practices). Help ensure strong internal controls and clean handoffs between P&C and Finance.
