In this role, you will be responsible for creating illustrations, social media visuals, and motion graphics from concept to final execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing creative ideas and delivering designs that meet business, marketing, and branding objectives<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>• Create original illustrations and visual assets from scratch for campaigns and projects.<br>• Design social media posts, marketing materials, and digital content that align with brand strategy.<br>• Produce motion graphics, product demos, and animation for digital platforms.<br>• Translate concepts and creative briefs into visually engaging storytelling.<br>• Collaborate with marketers, sales, developers, and internal teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.<br>• Ensure consistency across brand guidelines for all visual content.<br>• Adapt designs for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, web, and email.<br>• Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.<br>• Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and AI-assisted creative tools to continuously improve outputs.<br>• Maintain clear documentation of design processes and assets for team use and handover.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Skills:</span><br>• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.<br>• 3–5 years of professional experience in illustration, social media design, and motion graphics.<br>• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating work across illustration, motion graphics, and branded content.<br>• Experience producing social media content, motion graphics, and marketing visuals.<br>• Proficiency in design and motion tools such as:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Adobe Illustrator</li>\n<li>Adobe Photoshop</li>\n<li>Adobe After ESects</li>\n<li>Figma (optional but a plus)</li>\n<li>AI-assisted design tools<br></li>\n</ol>\n<p>• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.<br>• Creative thinking with the ability to turn concepts into engaging visual content.<br>• Excellent communication skills to explain creative decisions.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span><br>• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.<br>• Portfolio showcasing explainer or motion graphic videos.<br>• Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span><br><span>• A team of bright, hard-working, and innovative people that will contribute to your growth.</span><br><span>• Competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits plan.</span><br><span>• A dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other</span><br>This is a full-time remote position in Malaysia.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity &amp; Diversity Commitment</span></p>\n<p><span>At Mobiz, we believe that diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds strengthen our organization and drive innovation.
